Adams Suffers Minor Leg Injury

Adams Suffers Minor Leg Injury

Adams was seen limping off the field after the first play of practice. He was later seen walking around with a slight limp, and he did not return to practice.

The Raiders did not provide any other details on the injury aside from what Coach McDaniels said when asked about it

“I haven’t seen anything, I don’t think it was crazy serious. It was just kind of a bang-bang play. Totally clean on both sides”

It is not believed to be serious Per Tashan Reed of the Athletic.

Adams is coming off a season in which he caught 100 passes for 1,514 yards and 14 touchdowns. It is unclear if Adams will be able to participate in the next practice. But with it only being week 1 of the Pre-Season it gives Davante a little extra time to rest that leg up.

The Raiders will need Adams to stay healthy this season if they want to have a solid chance to see progression and pile up a few extra Wins this season, maybe sneak into the playoffs.

The Raiders will be cautious with Adams and will not rush him back from this injury. They know how important he is to their offense and they will not want to risk him getting further injured.
